Clomiphene Citrate is effective to induce ovulation and spermatogenesis. Mechanism of induction of ovulation by Clomiphene Citrate is that it increase the plasma Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) and Luteinizing Hormone (LH) levels by preventing the inhibition of their secretion by estrogen or androgen.
Indications:
Clomiphene Citrate is indicate for woman infertility by induce the ovulation in selected anovulatory women and in cases of male infertility associated with oligospermia by stimulat spermatogenesis and hence total number sperm count.
Important information:
Use caution when operating machinery or driving. Clomiphene Citrate may cause blurred vision or other visual side effects during or shortly after therapy. Notify your doctor immediately if you develop any visual side effects.
